We’ve had a great experience with Harris Orthodontics. They’re quick to help when we need adjustments, and have done great work so far!

Jordan was the second orthodontist (of three) we saw for my 10 year old daughter. The first one (Peak) wanted to remove two of her upper permanent teeth to allow two other permanent teeth to grow in. We didn't feel great about that, so we asked Dr. Harris for a second opinion.

He recommended an expander and then braces, since it turned out her upper set of teeth were too crowded. The third ortho we saw agreed, bit Harris was $2k cheaper than the third, with our insurance. So we went with him and have not regretted it!

My daughter has some trauma surrounding dental work, so she's understandably scared of anything new being done in her mouth. Dr. Harris and his entire team were so gentle and reassuring with her. They didn't go ahead without her approval, which they got fairly quickly.

I love Harris orthodontics. They have done an amazing job and I find Dr Harris to be very conservative. He didn’t try and rush my kid into braces. I appreciate his upfront mentality and his honesty. We used someone else for my oldest and with my two youngest I took them to several places before deciding on Dr. Harris. We have been SO happy!

We shopped around to a lot of orthodontists in Utah County and I am so thrilled that we found Dr. Harris. He gave my son the most comprehensive care and looked at not just his teeth but how his bite/alignment would affect many different areas of his health (breathing, sleep apnea, etc.). Not to mention that his whole staff is TOO NOTCH. We love seeing their smiling faces every time we go in the office. Seriously 10/10. The best.

“We just barely started this journey with orthodontics and my son (the one who needs teeth correction) and I (his mom) have been very impressed with Harris Orthodontics. We did quite a few consultations to get a good feel of the pricing, options, and environment at each office and with each orthodontist. When we finished with all our consultations we started to talk about which one we liked, and both of us were hands down leaning toward Harris. We loved the receptionist and dental assistants who lead us around and made us feel so comfortable and valued. And we appreciated all the time Dr. Harris spent with us explaining things and answering questions. He was very personable and kind and again, we just felt so comfortable. The office is new and clean and welcoming. Certainly not large, but space enough to be comfortable. An extra bonus (not important) was that my son also enjoyed the basketball shooting game they have in the waiting area 🙂 The technology also seemed far superior to all the other offices we visited. They walked us though 3D x-rays of my sons jaw and teeth and were able to analyze things down to the very detail. They also have an incredible picture taking wand that they are able to use to create a perfectly accurate retainer to fit on teeth without the sticky molds. They also gave us the most options for what we could do with his teeth. This orthodontist prefers not to have as much metal in the mouth if there are ways to get the same results without it, and I appreciate that. My son is doing rubber bands for 6-8 months before braces and the results are promised to be with the same speed and accuracy (with less uncomfortable metal inside his mouth at once). No other orthodontist gave us this same option at the consultations, but when I mentioned it, they said it sounded like it would work, but they just don’t do things that way there. I will say Harris was more expensive than some of the others though. So we had to take that into consideration. When we consulted with Harris about this, they found a way to lower the price a bit and were very flexible on payment plans. I can already see the little extra cash will be very worth it over the next 24 months. Our first visits have been exceptional. Quick and kind service. I highly recommend.”

Now quite a few years later I am back at Harris with my daughter. We “shopped around” again just to make sure we were getting the best deal and care and it again felt like a no-brainer. Best customer service! Best office environment! Best options, technology, and prices! It just seems leaps and bounds above any others we’ve visited. I also think they are super efficient and get things taken care of quickly. They are easy to work with and flexible. Highly recommend! It’s been a great experience with them again this second time around.

Always fast and very friendly. The initial quote appointment was quick and thorough and I really appreciated that I was given all the options plus so much information about them. I never felt pressured like I have at other places I tried to go first.

The process was incredibly easy and efficient - they scanned my daughter’s teeth, we went home to review the contract, decided on Invisalign, paid in full, and they were able to order the invisible trays that same day!
